On June 17, 2023 beginning at 9am the Inc. Village of Hempstead will host the annual Tyree Curry 5K Memorial Race/Walk. The race contestants will start inside Kennedy Memorial Park

The Course:
On June 17, 2023 beginning at 9am the Inc. Village of Hempstead will host the annual Tyree Curry 5K Memorial Race/Walk. The race contestants will start inside Kennedy Memorial and head south on Greenwich Street, turn right on Milburn Avenue and proceed south towards Weir Street. They will then turn right on Weir Street. Take Weir Street to Baldwin Road, make a right onto Baldwin Rd which turns into Henry Street. Take Henry Street to Jerusalem Avenue and make a right. Take Jerusalem Avenue to Jean Avenue and make a right onto Jean Ave, and then left onto Martin Avenue. Take Martin Avenue to Greenwich Street, make a right onto Greenwich Street and turn right into Kennedy Park for the finish line. En Route 5K-3.1 miles.
